see that button on the bottom that says "Preview"??

press that and your main image will display the Preview (not a separate window). mess with the sliders until you get the effect you like then Go For It.

Thank you Cecilia. You know how us old dogs are. Blind in one eye and can't see out of the other. Can't believe it was right there in front of me all the time. Oh well, this too shall pass.

thank you very much.......not to worry about blindness...sometimes i wonder if my glasses are still working

I don't complain, however because I had more than excellent vision for most of my life and it's still fairly good. I just get tired of having to use glasses to read stuff that I never had to before.
anyway, this bevel thingy is the first thing I got when I joined here and the Preview feature was clearly pointed out, so, it's not that I'm such a genius. Just lucky
