Yes,I see that,but I don't see the 4 options You described :
bling text,glass effect,lava logo and mulit effect

This is the multi-effect script. Those are 3 other stand alone scripts. You'll find those sticky'd in the Gimp Scripts and Plugins section.

You can select multiple effects in this script using the drop-down box. The default is: Cubism.

Kind of, yes, Rod. We need to get plasma to give us more oranges, browns, yellows and greens.
