Going to be gone

I will be leaving for my daughter's house tomorrow and will probably be gone about 2 weeks. I will have access to a computer while I'm there and will sign into Gimp Chat sometimes (if I can remember my username and password :lol

).

I guess I can let y'all know why I'm going.

I will having cataracts removed from both my eyes and getting lens implants. The surgery takes about 10 minutes and recovery is short. There will be a week between the first eye surgery and the second one.

I will still have need to wear glasses after the surgeries. :blind

Dad had this same surgury O; did wonders for him. He only needs his glasses now for up close stuff. I've talked to several folks who had this surgery and all reported the same miracles. Wish you well O and look forward to seeing your stuff when you can play once again.

I had it done too (and my wife).
The result is really amazing.
Still have to wear glasses though to correct some kind of lens distortion.
