Hi guys just watched a fab movie based on a true story about a Dolphin that had lost her tail through crab tackle that the fishermen was using. poor winter had her tail caught in the tackle and unfortunately she had her tail amputated. Few months later she was fitted to Prosthetic tail which was created by Hanger Prosthetics and Orthotics. Winter at this time was a young 3 month old dolphin. Now she is thriving with health and happiness at the marina hospital in Florida. I don't know if you had watched the movie, You ought to! It's worth watching :D

Here is the link of the live web cam of that lovely dolphin Winter :D

I didn't see this movie yet, but plan to rent it later. :)

I actually watched a documentary on this type of diving equipment that moves exactly like a dolphin tail.It propelled divers to astounding speeds under water.
It was some documentary on the military channel.

Anyways it looked a lot like that prosthesis.
