Molly, I think it's a Ford Fairlane.
PhotoComix, Old Destroyer is very good. I saw other versions. How did you do this one?
Here's my attempt. It's from a Show and Shine a couple of years ago. I love old cars and motorcycles.

A trick i used with Chroma Solarize is to run on a duplicate on top and set it to color mode

About my i was testing a new filter routine :

1 make a duplicate run Treeshold (or gmic stamp)
2 make another duplicate run Gmic /color/bwDither

Put dither on top in Lighten only mode

finally for the base i used the new Color Pencil filter that apply pencil on a dup, and quantize (more or less similar to posterize on another dup, and then merge both

And grain merge mode for the final merging
