Thank you for your contribution dd. They all make good fabric patterns. Here's a couple I did just to try them out. The first was made using just the Dark.pat. The second one is both the Dark.pat and Light.pat with layer modes set to overlay.

a collection of seamless pattern all semitransparent (you may have cool effect just over layering 2 or more)

more simple semitransparent pattern here

But fot the semitransparency you must click on the image and get the original size, the other size as rescaled jpg with no transparency

see the difference same pattern in jpg or png
