Best I can using my reverse aniso (illustration) flow with more then a few G'MIC presets. Not going to repeat the flow and too lazy to look it up, but I believe I posted it here before. My motivation: tomorrow (Feb. 3rd) is Norman Rockwell's birthday. Both Rockwell and Kinkade got me into photo art conversion retouching in the first place and it's been over a decade since I started to try doing this and yes, GIMP was my editor of choice even then. As a side note, I know I could have done better, but then again, very tired (hence lazy) this evening. Maybe others will try to do some NR illustrations too.
