Trust me I know what you mean. I barely make ends meat for my job, but if you are a website designer, or a graphic artist, you still have to use common sense. Just because some one asks you to make a huge banner that states "Kill B@r@ck 0b@m@" should you do it?

You have to realize that the gov has their digital fingers in every nook and cranny of the Inet. While they are probably not going to care, you did list several sites that are hacking sites and can be investigated for malicious intent.
