The frame, glass, and bg texture are by me.I can not however take credit for the bottlecap image.I got that somewhere on the web ... i believe PC showed me a place to dl bottle cap images. :)

The frame
Create>Web Page Theme>Beveled Pattern>HRule (fill with wood pattern and cut the ends at angles.
Use color>Brightness and Contrast to get a nice wood look.
Duplicate that 3 more times and arrange as frame. (merge visible layers)

The image
Just a cropped image of a Harley Davidson bottlecap from the web. (wish i remembered the author for credit due)

The glass is very, very easy.It consists of two layers.

The glass color
1) a light bluish color (add0dc) with low opacity (27.8)
The shine or glare
2) a white (triangular looking) shape over the glass layer blurred by 11 or so and the opacity set low (41.2).

Then a cork background layer, and a drop shadow under all that.
Pretty simple really.
Here is the xcf file.This contains all the colors i used. Everything else is already merged.
