name of the gimp binary is hardcoded, so no, you can't change it currently (but you can made global symlink in your system) :)

Currently it selects Gimp-2.7 which i do not have installed. Right away it throws a libintl-8.dll error.

Thanks again!

Rod,

You don't have Gimp 2.7.x installed?? I thought you even compiled a version for the group? :)

Also, I am not sure about this error since you don't have Gimp 2.7.x. Is that from Gimp 2.6.12?

Thanks,
Partha

I don't have it installed i use the portable versions.
Because the two libintl-8.dll files are both different in Gimp-2.6 and Gimp-2.7 versions this is probably causing the error yes.
I do compile it but i never keep it installed.I just keep the compiled copy in my Opt folder. :)
Parthas versions (installers) are much better so i never release mine.

Like Jacek said, this version of delaboratory is looking for gimp-2.7.exe in the path. If you have Gimp (any version on your Windows PATH), then simply make a copy of your current Gimp executable, and rename the copy to gimp-2.7.exe. You will be all good to go. If not, drop me a line. This is similar to Linux/Unix symlink since Windows does not have symlink.

I am honored. :)

Rod please propose solution for your Gimp problem so we could fix it for version 0.7.
We can't change name of the executable because it will stop working for other people.
Maybe Gimp installer should make link to gimp.exe or something like that and we could call it?

No PC - that would not be a valid name for an executable. I think the ultimate solution would be to have some sort of a configuration file.

User configuration is planned for later releases, in 0.7 there will be no user configuration.

That didn't work Partha.I believe it is the difference in dll files.
That's Okay.
It will look for Gimp-2.8 later i assume so i can wait. :)
Nothing but a drag and drop from the Delaboratory window to Gimps window anyways i believe.
