I probably have just too many of this same dll file all over my computer.
I am currently doing a file search of C and found 15 so far.

7 of which are in program files.
Not just the mingw files which are fairly constant. I updated my compiler and all the dependencies. Takes awhile.

As for the mulitple DLLs, I am using the latest, so it should work for others. Just rename all the ones in Window's PATH to something else except for the one from my build or use the one in your gtk/bin directory. Keep the ones in your environment away from the Window's PATH.
