I just downloaded GIMPPortable_2.6.12.paf.exe .
It doesn't say if its 32bit or 64bit version.
1) Pls, what version is it?
Also, I would like to download G'Mic pluggins.
2) Where should I download it from, and what version should I use?
And how do I install it.

it is at 32 bit

about gmic to install on the portable i believe the most simple way is

1)get the zipped version (the file name will end with .zip )
and unzip in a new folder move the new folder inside your gimp portable, it is not too relevant where inside if you find the plugin folder fine, if not is not relevant for my method

2 now start gimp go to EDIT/preferences
in preference looks for folder, when you see "folder click the little triangle close to it to expand "folder, and chose "plugin"

3 almost done:
in the dialog that will pop out click FIRST the "new folder" icon...then the search icon (look as "...", 3 dots)
and use it to locate and enter in your new gmic folder, till you don't see "gmic exe".

OK...i mean now CLICK OK and is all done

Wow, these gmic pluggins are quite amazing. I like the black/white set.
