Can'y remember what it's called but I used to have a script or plugin that imitated the PS shrink wrap. I've tried the plugin registry and the plugins link here but with no luck. Is this still available?

There are several. There's a Script-fu (http://guicon.110mb.com/?Scripts) that's located under filters>Light called Plastic Wrap. There's also a G'MIC preset called Relief Light. Also, you can check the Registry for yet another similar Script-fu (http://registry.gimp.org/node/97). :)

Yep the two I sent you, one of them is Fencepost's and the other one I forget but they both do the same thing. I have both of them and I can't see any difference.
