Picture Frame is now working in Gimp2.6, 2,7, and 2.8 thanks to ofnuts and Lyle provided you have wrapmap-0.4 installed see initial post for location of wrapmap-0.4 (recently uploaded by ofnuts)

I just installed the script and I get an error message. Yes, I have wrap-map-0.4.py in my plug-ins folder.

Interestingly enough, the script goes ahead and works anyway.
