It might be notewothy that if you look closely, a solid orb flips the reflection whereas a hollow orb will not. Not only that, but a solid orb will refract & therefore multiply more light than one that is hollow. Great pic to illustrate those points exactly bkh!

@ Draconian, I would not have done the glass sphere if you had not posted yours first and given me the idea. I just see something I like and then I use the tools provided by Gimp to reproduce it.

@ RobA, I have very little knowledge about reflection or refraction but if you think it should be inverted ........... here you go.
