That looks pretty nice. To be able to save settings is particularly nice because sometimes I have a setting that works well and then when I go back I can't remember what I did. :hehe

you may "fav" (there is a new + button) the filter that you are using and will be saved with the current setting
To save a new preset of the same filter repeat but changing a bit the name (i.e painting_2 )

Excellent news PC; posted a comment at Flickr earlier to Dave on being able to consolidate favs, but didn't know that you will also be able to save presets too. :)

I think being able to save your presets is always an awesome add-on for any plug-in. =)
I always forget what i did to an image to get certain results and it helps greatly.

I wonder if there is a way to add it to all your filters?

What i mean is some of the better plug-ins allow you to save your current settings to use later on another image.
Such as Levels, Colorizer, and others.
I think it should be implemented in all of Gimps filters.I was just wondering if it could be done.

That way no matter what script, plug-in or filter you ran you would have a choice to save those settings for that particular filter for later use.I know you can rerun the last filter and its settings, but it would be nice just to have those certain settings saved.

I hope that clears up what i was trying to say. =)
