I apologize if the watermark detracts too much from the image, but I wanted people to see the picture anyway. I just loved the colors of the wildflowers I collected and shot against the background of the sky. I then added G'mic Photoillustration and the Black&White/Hough Sketch (with the Layer Mode set to Subtract), and (obviously) a watermark.

Lovely photo and I like what you've done with it. It would look great without the watermark.

So what put the watermark in there? Was it a GMIC filter? It is a very pretty picture though

Molly,
Yes, the watermark is also a G'mic filter. I think it is under the deformation category.

Erisian,
Here's one without the watermark, albeit smaller image.

Erisian,
Thanks. I just love wildflowers. These are actually quite small. You can get a feel for how little they are by recognizing the white flower on the bottom is a daisy, which isn't that big. Anyway, there certainly are some incredible colors on this little planet of ours.

Thats better, love it, I guess I just don't like watermarks. The background is very nice too.

I particularly love bunches of small flowers. Didn't realize that one was a daisy!

Very nice picture indeed. Just a note about the watermark filter of G'MIC :
If you don't customize the watermark parameters too much (e.g. orientation of the text), this is actually very easy to remove the watermak, using the same G'MIC Watermark filter : just set the actual text of the watermark, set mode to 'Darker' instead of 'Lighter', lower the opacity, and you're done. Obviously, I won't show the entire result here :p, but I managed to removed it quite easily on the high-definition image (just show a crop of my result below)
So, be careful if you really want to get a durable watermark, you should at least modify the default 'Size', 'Angle' and 'Smoothness' parameters of the filter, even a little bit, so that the watermark becomes harder to remove.

I've just started playing with relief light, I never noticed it in gmic before. I like the results so far.

Cool, looks like porcelain or ceramic.

Ronounours,
Thanks for the info! I'll be more careful next time when using the Watermark filter; I didn't realize how easy it is to remove.

Gms9810,
Very nice results with the flower. I love the G'mic set of filters. Many allow you to achieve some interesting and surprising results.
