Which version of Gimp-2.8 are you using?
Portable or install?

Cool Rod! Looks kinda like a nautilus shell cross section.

Then mathmap folder should be in the UserFolder\.gimp-2.8 folder with the expressions.
You may want to check if they are still there. When i installed the official version the first time it copied the mathmap folder to gimp-2.8 folder but NOT the expressions inside. No idea why not.I had to surf through mathmap load to get any to work.So i recopied the entire folder from gimp-2.6 into gimp-2.8 and then it worked.
Be sure also that the llvm template o file is there too.
After you have those setup, the plugin and dll files should go in UserFolder\.gimp-2.8\plug-ins folder.

I thought MathMap had been re-compiled on a 64 bit environment. :)
