I found this post at the LiberKey forum. It's a fix for "zlib1.dll" and "libgimpui-2.0-0.dll" errors with LibeKey Gimp 2.8. I thought it might be of interest to anyone running the LiberKey version of Gimp or troubleshooting for someone around here.

To resume, copy all the dll's from : Apps\Gimp\App\Gimp\bin to Apps\Gimp\App\Gimp\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins
It's a problem with the liberkey version, the portableapps version works without problems.

The first link I listed sending you to the original LiberKey post should work. The link in the LiberKey forum quote I marked with the red arrow is the bad guy removed.
