Is it just me or has anybody else been unable to download youtube videos for the last 2 days? I have 3 downloaders and all are updated and none of them will work. For me this is a major big deal.

YouTube made some changes to their system on 09/13/12 that broke most of the download apps. I use Download Helper and here is what they say.

This is due to some changes YouTube just made. We are working hard at solving the issue. Please, give us a little bit of time and refrain from downrating the addon.

UPDATE: we now have a temporary workaround. It is available from http://www.downloadhelper.net/install-b ... n=4.9.10b6

I used to use that, but after a while I had 5 or 6 video downloaders I had to eliminate some, that was one I scrapped. Maybe I should keep more than 2 onhand.

I just downloaded freemake downloader. It worked fine and has a lot of features. Thanks.
