So this thread was bumped up by a Newbie like me, and glad it was too, Its an excellent script

Moulded Picture Frame

So download and installed, then loaded up gimp and started playing. Remembered that when I first started to learn gimp I had read a tutorial on making an image pop out of a photo frame. The image I had opened in gimp to try out the photo frame script was ideal for this and so it just went on from there.
