Hope this is in the right place.

A while ago now I came across the Platonic solids, A Platonic Solid is a 3D shape where:

each face is the same regular polygon
the same number of polygons meet at each vertex (corner)

So after a lot of internet searching found that you can construct them fairly simply using the golden ratio,cubes and rectangles.

So looking for a challenge I set out to construct the 5 shapes in Isometric(True Isometric not pixel art Isometric)

So I've decided to post the xcf files to all five shapes here as it would be a shame to lose all that hard work, so feel free to use them in any of your art works.

Just to point out all xcf files contain the paths for each side and the grey edged sides would be hidden when solid.

K1TesseraEna - Thanks for the comment, althought I possibly have a slight advantage in that I like maths and at school and as part of my apprenticeship I had to study Technical drawing, as this was the days before computers all drawings were done by hand.

I think it would be nice and interesting to create an animated GIH brush featuring those shapes conveniently scaled down.
