help on a cover with video

see how the background is all gif kind of style?

how do i fix that?

i want only the video to be gif and the background to be a normal picture along with the names of the other anime and the storm 3 logo.

please help.

edit: do i need to download a animation package to fix this problem?

If this for a website, I would propose setting your background as a separate image (a background image for the page perhaps) from the GIF animation image (a "normal" foreground image). How you place the images would dependent upon whether you are using CSS.

If this is not for a website then I would ask how you are presenting the graphic.
