I indeed saw this the other day too; believe it is for real and freaking amazing.

When you look through his gallery they are all of to this high standard, I think its just the water that really sets this one apart though.

hmm... it is an amazingly well drawn picture, no doubt about that and it's sort of awe-inspiring that someone can be so skillful - but i don't like the picture. there's no clue to why we should be looking at that woman's face, nothing that really gives it a hint of meaning or anything. i don't mean you have to have a deeply philosophical or psychological meaning to your pictures, but the viewer should at least be given some sort of reason why they should be looking at this rather than something else.

That really is amazing.
