Call for a new G'MIC logo (Deadline : 1st of March 2013)

Thanks DaFeBa, that looks interesting. I think that the 'G' and 'C' may be misread respectively as 'C' and 'E', which would give 'CMIE' at the end

I think that changing the orientations of the star in these letters would solve the problem. Maybe I'll give a try.

Also, I've added a 'deadline' for the submissions : 2013/03/01
I hope this is not too short. Just let me know.

I worked mode of the defects you mentioned.

I can't upload an svg file, and forum refuses my external links because the are too "spammy"

I've been messing around with this for the last couple of days. The font used for G'mic is a batman type font that I found at Dafont. I did some bump mapping and other stuff to it.

I would but I don't know if I can put it in a step-by-step guide... it was kind of a complicated process of trial and error, you know how it is, when you just start doing stuff and tweaking it and making it up as you go...

I'd upload the .xcf but the forum complains it's too big.

The purple one by Chris is my fav so far. They are all so good.
