My thing is I don't wanna measure...it'll always end up uneven. xD
I meant like something that you pick, either horizontal or vertical and how many pieces you want. xD
But I guess I can try the other thing...I couldn't find the download button, can somebody point me in the right direction?? LOL xD

Using Guides and the guillotine function is certainly one way to go.

Positioning the guides is not difficult, as well as GAT-tools there is this script, 'grid-guides'. Old but still works.

looks like this (gone out of single window mode to show the divided images.

So that is
1. Apply that script
2. Apply Image -> Transform -> Guillotine

Writing a script would be kind of hard because the width may not always be equally dividable by 3.
You know what i mean?
If i have an image say 305 pixels in width, how would i divide that equally into 3 pieces? Unless there was an IF statement to tell the script to add 1 pixel to the width of 2 of the pieces.

Grid of guides by Luigi Chiesa (mentioned above) is one of the better guides scripts. There is an updated version of the script by R. Antonishen that adds, modify by pixel or percentage. Attached below.
