That looks like Glossy Stroke 3D. :)
Esper Ofnuts wrote a script for perspective grids (in paths) here.

Oh wow. When did this happen. It's my first @ thread and I'm honored. Uh... I would like to thank the academy...

To answer a couple of the questions. Yes, it's a total rip of tron legacy and no I didn't downscale a larger version, I made it in the size you see it in. I didn't use any scripts on it; though I'm sure the ones there are are lovely scripts indeed. I used the grid filter and creative layer masks for the 3D text effect and highlights are overlays and gaussian blurs until it cried and submitted to my wishes. The city in the back is a cutout skyline of some city I don't even know and it's desaturated and colorized to match tron. The floor grid is again rendered with the grid filter and then perspective squeezed until it laid down and cowered. I like to be bossy with my sigs. :pound
:tyspin

Uhm once you have the glowy layer you duplicate it, make a mask out of some really fine grid (I think I used a 2x1 line grid or something tiny like that.) You put the grid on a layer mask and it removes part of the text in grid lines. Then you motion blur zoom inwards. not too far, just enough to look like it does in the image. It then zooms it with the striation. Duplicate this zoomed layer and maybe g. blur it a tiny bit to give it glow and there's your extrusion.

P.S. I don't hit people that don't want me to hit them.
