What is this?

This is a plug-in for GIMP to render beautiful
luminous halo. An original software is Photoshop
plug-in the Luce(http://amicoperry.altervista.org/luce/).
This is a GIMP version of it.

How to install precompiled binary
==================================
Copy the 'luce' to your Gimp's plugin directory.

If you could not find the path like next samples,
try to check gimp's settings dialog (Edit->Settings).
The setting dialog has a menu of path for plugins.

Linux User
----------
Copy the file to plugin directory.
By the default installation the path may be 

/usr/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins/
or 
/usr/local/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins/


Windows User
------------
Copy the file to plugin folder.
By the default installation the path may be 

C:\Program Files\GIMP 2\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins\

OSX User
--------
Copy the file to plugin directory.
By the default installation the path may be 

/Users/$(USERNAME)/Library/Application Support/GIMP/2.8/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins/
or
/Applications/GIMP.app/Contents/Resources/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins/
