Platinum Aqua Smoke FX Effect
Zip file has a PDF and Image to work with. Example Xcf file requires Gimp 3.

Very interesting effect. However this XCF workspace file was built in Gimp-3 and some users haven't switched over yet. Gimp-2.10 will not open Gimp-3.0 XCF files.
Just mentioning this because many probably will not try the tutorial which is excellent by the way! :bigthup

I used my own image as well. :clap

Did not know that about the XCF file systems. Will make a
