You will need to download the Vintage Mask No. 10.xcf to follow the instructions.
Click here to download the mask file if you don't have it: From Topic Masks and Overlays.
It is not included in the zip file. But is not necessary to create the Platinum effect.
The zip files includes the image file to work with and pdf.
