Posting this as a comparison to my recent all G'MIC method. Still not even close; di Blasi's program is much much better. Yes; heavily augmented the result using many G'MIC presets. :)

In Your original thread on thsi subject You posted a link for the diblasi program. That link is now dead. Any idea where I can find this? Google is giving lots of info about him, but I cannot find the code.

It looks really neat. Like one of those incredibly detailed tile floors, or a very complicated version of those cloth-backed tile art projects we used to do in school. Have you ever done one of those?
