It's been a while since I did a cityscape and had some (not much) time and inspiration to do one. Really digging GEGL's smooth by domain to create convolutions which I used for the starting framework. Then, of course, a lot of G'MIC stuff (and did so much I cannot even begin to remember; it's what I do; lol). Added some Distortion>Newsprint selective to the dark areas and blended for extra (but no cost to you). lol
