Being all wet and thrown in the fountain is not enough to bring a frown to the Jester!

This is the second installment in the No Frowns in Misery series, featuring my Jester-girl in wet and unpleasant circumstances -- yet not losing her good mood.

All done in MyPaint and GIMP to and fro over summer. Lots of practice making water and wetness here. Feedback and comments are appreciated as always!

The water and wetness is very well done, and the poor girl looks very cold with the grey tones in her skin...especially under her eyes.

Very nice Griatch, and i agree with 2-ton.Make her lips a little more blueish toned and it would convince me she was laying in freezing cold water.Perhaps it is warm water though?

All in all still a masterpiece IMHO.

For me, she has become someone I feel like I have known for awhile. Familiar, friendly and very expressive. I love her.

She's really fine character. Wet surfaces are well done.

Thanks a lot for the fedback. People have responded quite differently to this image around the web. I'm glad to hear she feels like an old friend by now.

This was mostly an experiment with water and wetness, so I'm glad that comes across!
