Bottle caps and Hershey's Scale #

Hello,
I am making bottle caps and Hershey's stickers and I would like to know what scale number I should use to create the circle for bottle caps (1 Inch )and what scale number for Hershey's (.75) .
Will really appreciate!!!
I am pretty new to GIMP.
