Have not played with this G'MIC filter in quite a while. :) If anyone wants the preset for this result i will gladly attach it here.

Mostly just playing with Tilt, and x lighting. Of course there are other settings as well. :bigthup

OK, Rod; you got me to play with 3D blocks once again (and did do some convolution tricks, so not quite all blocks). :)

Cool guys. I thought I'd try another with a small pic. Dont know how long a large one would take on my computer now. I don't think I have done one of these since just after David brought it out.

Not sure how old your PC is, Sallyanne, but it really doesn't take that long to run this particular filiter (unlike Packed Ellipse; lol). :)

Used one of G'MIC's sample images for reference. I uprezzed and then duplicated. For the top layer, I ran depth map approximation to create the target for 3D Blocks. I then colorized using the Blend (Shape Average) preset David saved for me. Did some additional enhancements as well. :)
