Thanks for the responses. RobA created the Script-fu and he would know better then me how to get the most out of it, but anyway the following's my flow. I used RobA's Script-fu to create the paths. It's just a matter of stroking the paths after the Script-fu creates them. All I did was use G'MIC (could have just used Color>Threshold) B&W Stamp on my Dad's Portrait, went to Channels Dialogue and right-Clicked>Channel to Selection to select the Whites, ran RobA's Mosaic Helper Script-fu, Invert Selected, ran it again and merged all the paths. Deseleted (don't forget to do that; lol) and stroked with a ball bearing brush. I then went to Layers>Transparancies>Alpha to Selection, Inverted Selected, and ran RobA's Script-fu again to fill in the parts that the first two passes didn't. I stroked that path with the same ball bearing brush and merged all the layers. To colorize (again, I should have used the selection island script-fu, but wanted a quicker result, I took my Dad's portrait and copied it above the ball bearings, blurred the picture and added alpha channel (don't forget to do this) and duplicated for a total of three layers. I set the Top layer to color, the next layer to Saturation, and the third layer to Burn and lowered the Burn layer opacity to taste (usually 50% to 70%). Merged visible, duplicate, and on the lower layer ran motion blur (radius 5, 235degs) and then flattened with black canvas. That is the flow anyway. Way too many captures to do a tut though and you guys know how not a tut guy I am. lol
