MareroQ,
thanks for trying my filter.
IMO results can be very different from different sources (more different than the originals).

From this one:

I got this one

very different.

So, you may try with different source images

My last comment:
to my taste the result you got is very nice, but if you prefer to have more "black" (like the second I posted) as I said before try with another source image (unfortunately I can't identify the qualities needed...)

A last question: did you use the mid-colour or the full-colour option?
From your suffix (FC) I suppose full-colour.
If so, you may try the mid-colour.

With another flower, using full-colour, I got this one

Thank you so much Pat and MareroQ for your nice comments. I really enjoy this filter.
I didn't any special for them, But it's true that some photos give better results in ones options than others.
As Dinasset says, there are different options for different personal tastes. :)
Dinasset, beautiful pictures and results. Your last one is awesome! :)

Meemaw, I really like your results!1
Issabella, very beautiful results. I really love the huskies!
Dinasset, images are so beautiful, I really think the "what to plant in the garden" result is beautiful.

Thanks for the tip.

I really like your plug-ins.
Simple to use - but without the selection parameters - no soul.
Seeking emphasize the foreground and background in greyscale.

Thanks Issabella, Pat, MareroQ.
About grayscale: the filter simulates the "chalk" when the drawings are in grayscale, so you notice a little difference with respect to the coloured drawings (closer to "pencil").
About parameters: yes, I normally try to limit them to the minimum, which may not be "appreciated" by the experts, but is close to my way of thinking at filters: they should provide nice outcomes in the majority of the situations, forgoing the possibility to have nicer results in other cases where an expert can improve the outcome while playing with the parameters. This is probably due to my lazyness...
