Fran I found the plugin Plasma 2. There are two in the zip file, one for Linux and other for Windows. You choose the right one.

The filter indicates some area that are not treated. May be my images are too complexes with small details ?

Yes, small areas are not stroked, but it's not a problem if they are few (like 2 or 3 out of 12); they can reduce the nicety of the outcome when they are too many.
You may force a smaller number of areas and use a not too small image.
Your posted outcome looks nice.
Anyhow, not all images generate nice outcomes, as I said at release time.

A very nice result, Fran. Dinasset is right, not all kind of pictures give good results, but most of the areas are affected with this nice stroke effect. I post the ones that in the whole of them are nice although having gaps of lines or dots.
