He must still be under Lylejk's owl spell. :hehe

I like the eye in the 2nd one better, the shine seems a bit big but that's probably just me.
I wanna color noses like you! T.T
I always make them look flat. >.>

The final improvement is now in the first post.

K1te - thank you thank you thank you. You have made a rapid leap in my ability to draw eyes. Don't ever stop criticising my work. I was used to painting eyes from a distance where the only highlight you see is a single speck. Close up you can see that the eye is reflecting objects so I painted the forest skyline in his eyes and it works!

:bigthup You went far beyond what i'd suggested and now we have a hint of what the hunter is looking at. Awesome solution and well executed too! The only wish I have is to see as many of your works as possible.

Thank you everybody.

AnMal - Belladonna isn't a bad idea - a tribal ritual thing maybe.
Moko - I'll try and prepare a tutorial for you on this
K1te - I have some other works in the art and animation sections of Gimp Chat but will continue to post new works as I do them. Thank you again.
gramg - Thank you very much.

Hmmm. I'm not much of a story teller but maybe a future painting. :)
