This week was a little tougher it seems. Here's my entry:

Sometimes you'd see strange sources of lights in the forest, a candle left on a rock covered in strange azure moss, a lantern burning on a cliff face in the middle of the day. People said those were troll-lights, put out by trolls for their own reasons. Those that disturbed a troll light - or even worse snuffed out its flame - would face the wrath of the trolls and have great unluck in life.



Hah, clever work-around on the theme!


It's nice and classic, good idea! Apart to reading it I listened to it on youtune, the azure moss is indeed right there!


At first I thought the dark thing was the eye of some sort of frog-like animal but I now see those are leaves. I like how the text "moss" drive home the message too.


I'm not familiar with the show but there is definitely moss overgrowth there!

Griatch, it has been so difficult for me to come with something. Feelings are really very challenging to be shown in an image. Anyway, here my try.

Lost this topic recently, it's just popped up again. I like the ones done so far. May have a go tomorrow - if not, next week sometime. Now to have a think about what I might do.

Hah, a literal home sickness. Who knew ghosts could get sick of their haunted house.


Feelings are always tricky indeed! Your image has a bit of a vertigo-inducing quality to it. The person in the middle as well as the warm color tone gives an impression of someone writing home and getting overcome by longing for home ... something like that. Is that was was intended? Neat at any rate!

This prompt was clearly pretty hard considering how few took it on. Or maybe people are starting to tire of it?
At any rate, I'll keep the RAP running for a few more weeks, then I'll be travelling and there'll be a summer break.

That smiling mouth comes across as a bit intimidating I think, like people are being fed into it. The staggered image overlays seem to add to the sense of movement towards the mouth; quite a nifty effect actually!
