I love your wood effect (the last one standout IMO), your tartan is very nice as well :coolthup

A little tip (if it can help people), after your first extrusion, just "Ctrl+F" (or Filters/Repeat recursive transform) as many time as you wish, if it's too long just "Ctrl+Z" :hehe

Having not used 3d-lathing before I had to try it too. What an interesting filter I had fun playing with it :hehe

Pix and Teapot. You are too clever for me. I cannot work out this lathing...I have tried it before and it just baffles me. I have done another with the RT+ instead

Teapot, thankyou

I used a plain perpetua font. Made a flame and turned it into a brush. Then with different sizes, angles etc I stamped it around the text. After that I run a gold lava bevel reflect on it, played with levels I think to make it more red.
Background is a mosaic then noise spread.
