Wonderful outcome. How good you have reflected those feelings in only a few artlines. I find "Serenity" magic in all senses, perfect in the blue background. :bigthup :paint

My sketch of Truganini, reputedly one of the last true blood Tasmanian Aboriginals. Born on Bruny Island just off the southern Tasmanian coast, she died in 1876; like many others she suffered at the hands of the colonialists of that time.

Issabella - thanks; let's believe there really is a silver lining to every storm cloud and the result of that silver lining is a delicate flower (my favourite) making an Autumn appearance ...

I can make out at least one joey for sure
and perhaps 3 or 4 others I can't identify.
That's my guess.

Wallace - nice try :) There are in order from left to right, a wombat at centre left, the obvious roo and a boobook owl directly above near the top, a koala hiding in the centre, a renegade troll infiltrated the cave at top right and at bottom right is a funnel web spider launching to strike.

At times like this, revert to that which is familiar and comfortable ... glass. A twisted art work and a large frosted glass vase.

I liked 'how many animals hiding in the cave'. The koala is hard to find - but how much can a koala bear?

Tas_mania - thank you.

No shopping, no sport, no need to garden right now and we even talk to the family via the web ... isn't isolation great. So more Gimping, this time with a couple of different subjects.

'Oranje glas' (for Teapot) and black glass flames. So much Gimping time now; just shows how much time I normally spend watching sport on TV :hoh

My Gimp friend Ella Louise has an enviable competency in creating sympathetic images with deep, meaningful impact, which I admire very much.

So sometimes I attempt a creation, which simply shows that 'imitation is the sincerest form of flattery'. Also her motto of 'le temps perdu' for me right now becomes 'parce que le temps n'est jamais vraiment perdu'.

Apart from the mythological Greek Sirens, this image features a young girl extracted from a photo by Dhemer Gonçalves from Pexels.
