Hi racer-x the gold text is bankable. Pity our currency is not based on gold but on nothing?

Just playing with a new style option (slightly more perspective) for Faux 3D that also gives user control to the scaling factor - larger values can break the look or give a ribbed effect to the 3D. Values of 0, 2, 5 and 10 used here.

There is 1 slider you do need to push at first to see what you will get
It's the "Max Angle"

Then just after move the "Y-Angle" to put the letter back in the good direction

Now you can start to play with all sliders to see what they do :bigthup

Also one thing very important, you DO NOT do the "full word" at once, but letter by letter for example make the letter G, then once rendered by G'MIC, made the letter I, and so, one letter at a time (that's very important),
Tip: no need to re-open G'MIC for the next letter, if your setting are good and happy with the first rendering, just do a Ctrl+F on the next letter/layer and G'MIC will keep the setting and render the next letter in no time with your previous setting or you can tell G'MIC to apply to "All layer" as input :bigthup

Wow some cool stuff here. Thank Pix for that. I will have to do something soon as it has been a while. I will have a go at the Lathing and see if I can make it work for me and maybe post it

Edit day later. Have to play with this more before I get some good ones
