Ella - thanks and yes I agree about Hilary; I did not manage the key outline features to get a reasonable likeness. Probably focussed too much on what I was doing with the blond hair :roll:

The garden ornaments, stone elves, goblins and fairies were having a meeting on the forest edge and waiting for the Buddha to arrive. As the Buddha statue appeared through the trees a naughty Troll could be seen clinging to a vine and obviously planning some mischief.

Three or four years back Gimper66 posted some images featuring 'dolls'. I have taken the liberty of using one of them, 'transp meisje-1' as the model for this new cartoon portrait I have just finished. Don't you just love Gimp :cool

I've been playing a bit with various Islamic patterns and geometric shapes to create mandalas, so I thought I would take the same approach as I did with the 'cartoon business ladies (& men!)'. Those members that know me can be assured glass will probably feature prominently at times. So one post per day until I run out of gas :roll:
