Here is another practice interface design that I made with Gimp. Feedback welcomed. (I don't need Photoshop to design interfaces all I need is imagination and lots of practice and trial & error to see what works and doesn't.)
I have included the line art file for anyone who wants to copy my design. I want to see what you come up with please interface wise. (Hints gradient overlays, brushing, dodging & burning and lots of layers will help.)

Very nicely done! Seems to be some jaggies in some areas (black circle edges) but all in all looks great. Nice and symmetrical.

The perspective of the exhaust pipes is wrong. Naturally, the opening and tips shouldn't be facing the screen same time.

If the nozzle is facing the screen then the other end (your cone tip) should face away.
