Thanks; yeah, the sky definitely makes it more realistic AnMal. Just don't do what I did when I created this one. I imagined myself alone in the desert, finding myself, for some reason, without shoes, and seeing this in front of me. lololol

I just imagine myself waking up in the middle of this desert and without shoes for whatever reason. The stuff nightmares are made of. lol

Looking at that makes my toes hurt :hehe

I think the spikes should fade into the sky, though, which would enhance the "endless depth" feel of it.

Yeah; Tran tried to teach me to do a better job with blending/atmospherics, but when I tried, it came out garbage. lol

Did do some subtle things at the horizon though.
