Okay well, I think my Origa portrait is finished. It was very hard for me because I really wanted it to be perfect since it is a tribute (WIP topic and full reason for drawing this) so I did better than I ever have before in coloring a face without hard-lines...not sure if it looks enough like her for me to say I did good though. :\

Up to the world to decide!

I colored her without straps or anything because it's inspired by an album cover of hers I don't know why she has nothing on her shoulders but I thought it would be easier to tell who it is. The colorful hair was also part of the album, I don't normally draw none-cartoons with weird hair colors.

moko: you've done a great job! it's moko style all through but you managed to capture quite a bit of her. i know someone commented before that her face could be a bit longer and i thought so at first too. then i went back and took another look and didn't think so. now i don't know! i think it's mainly the round cheeks that make her face look less oblong than in the photos, the proportions otherwise seem okay to me. if you wanted to put down any more work on it you might try to give her more accentuated cheekbones or something?

Her face shape was very hard to do, I tried to do cheeks but it always looked weird. I think if I had started it off with better cheeks it wouldn't have looked as much like a roma tomato. :\
Dunno if it's fixable I could play with it I suppose, though.
