Added segmentation step prior to running Brian's plugin. I then did a few other things afterwards. :)

And the variants go on. For this one, I actually preprocessed with Cartoon then set original on top set to color and merged down before running Brian's plugin. :)

those are both really nice results...the second one is definitely more organic looking with the broader strokes, but the first one has that sweet "layered fingerpaint" look....really nice looking image though either way
