Thanks Pat; now I really need to hit the sack. Have a 14 hour shift to do on Saturday. Hope my boss hires another person soon; tired of doing 14 hour shifts. Only good news is I only need to do 6 hours on Monday since they don't pay for overtime anymore.

As Pat and Sallyanne said: nice colours (and structure).
Weak point IMO: it has lost contrast, have a look after having set the original on top, value mode, opacity 75%
