level_0 Yes. I painted the fairy and the "Chi-Rho" symbol was downloaded from the net. The tree and leaves photo that I used as the style was my own.

I have never used this filter before, but looking at the above results I thought I would give it a go. Had no idea of what to do or how to manage the parameters, but got an image result and performed some post processing to include a message.

OMG - that's a really good start. I hardly dare play with the sliders with this filter so hats off to you. :paint

Tried it, the settings of this filter are double Dutch multiplied gibberish for me at this point. I guess it's explained in the G'mic site.

I tried this filter several times, with different images and different parameters but it does not give me any pleasure (probably because of my level 0).
